It is the client’s responsibility to provide ARAND Video Services with all material and/or content to be used for their project.

ARAND Video Services is granted full production rights and editorial control over all aspects of editing and creating the DVD product/services. In Return ARAND Video Services agrees to work with the client to create a product that meets the client’s original request and approval. ARAND Video ARAND Video Services agrees to make every provision possible to incorporate the client's suggestions and ideas into the Video.

The client is to make all editorial suggestions prior to shipment. After the client has received the Video, changes can be made free of charge only if: 1. ARAND Video Services failed to meet all the specifications given by the client prior to shipment. 2. Misspelling of names, dates, or titles are incorrect according to what was originally placed on the order form from the client.

An attempt will be made to include every photo the client sends. However, ARAND Video Services does not guarantee all pictures will be included in the DVD. This includes, but not limited to photographs with poor quality, certain contents and visual appearance may be impossible making it unattainable to include in the DVD.

ARAND Video Services reserves the right to eliminate or decline to produce a DVD Slide show which contains obscene, offensive, vulgar or distasteful language. This also includes adding photos, video and audio recordings which contain the above mentioned.

ARAND Video Services is not responsible for photographs that appear to be slightly darker/lighter than the original prints, as specific colors may not appear to be the same on a television screen. However, all attempts will be made to produce accurate representation of each photo. We reserve the right to crop, color correct, or retouch any photograph used in the project to increase visual appearance.

ARAND Video Services agrees to make every attempt possible to verify all information given by the client from the online order form. However, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure all information provided on the order form is correct prior to submission and after the final preview is confirmed. In the event any inaccurate information is included in the final DVD slide show, due to wrong information furnished by the client (either in the initial order form or during the confirmation call), it will be the financial responsibility for the client to purchase a revised DVD slide show.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged materials or packages. The shipping and handling (S&H) charges to send materials and/or content to us is the responsibility of the client. We will not reimburse shipping or packing costs, unless stated specifically by ARAND Video Services. We are only responsible for the packaging and shipping of completed products along with original materials being returned to the client.

If payment for an order has not been received within thirty (30) days after acknowledgement of said order the project will be placed on hold. If we are not contacted by the client within an additional fifteen (15) days the project will be cancelled. In the event ARAND VIDEO Services is in possession of a client's material (which has been placed on hold and/or cancelled), such material will not be returned unless payment for shipping and handling charges has been received from the client.

Our DVD Slideshows are produced on quality DVD media; however it is the client's responsibility to make sure that his or her DVD player will play the finished product. ARAND Video Services will not be held liable for assuring that the media will play on the client's player and will not be held liable for resulting damages.

By using ARAND Video Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions and prior to placing an order, you have agreed upon such Terms & Conditions.
COPYRIGHT
1. By retaining ARAND Video Services, you (the client) confirm that you are the original owner of all material and/or contents supplies to us. Furthermore,
you also confirm you have received written or verbal permission from the copyright owner to use their material and content. You the client will be solely
responsible and will assume all copyright liability for contents you submit to us.
2. ARAND Video Services will not be liable for your (you as client) violation of the ARAND Video Services Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery of
copyrighted materials, the materials will promptly be returned at your expense.
3. The Copyright of all designs is retained by ARAND Video Services. Reproduction of any ARAND Video Services’ products by Video or any other means
is prohibited by law. All original files remain the property of ARAND Video Services and may be used for advertising, display, or any other purpose seen
appropriate which will be used in good faith and in good taste.
4. All music used in our projects is copyrighted material by which ARAND Video Services does not hold copyrights. By submitting an order form and
agreeing to ARAND Video Services' Terms & Conditions, clients agree that they have purchased the music they are submitting to us. Under copyright
law, clients may then display their DVD for personal use, for their family and friends.
PRIVACY & SECURITY STATEMENT
1. ARAND Video Services respect your privacy and uphold it as a priority for our customers. We are committed to maintaining the security and
confidentiality of our customers. We use procedural, physical, and electronic security methods designed to prevent people who aren't authorized from
getting access to your information. Below is the policy we follow to protect your rights:
a. We collect only the domain name of the visitors to our site via a counter and this data is only used to track the traffic going in and out of our site.
We do not automatically collect the e-mail address of visitors to our website; the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail
and information on what pages are visited is volunteered by the consumer. This is done through client orders, feedback, questions, and requests for
information.
b. The information which is volunteered to us is used to answer questions and to fulfill orders related only to ARAND Video Services only. We will not
share any information about our clients or visitors, unless required to do so by law.
c. ARAND Video Services uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). What's SSL? From the moment your customer information leaves your computer to the
time it enters into ARAND Video Services system, it's encrypted or translated into a secret code using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL is a
standard communication method that's built into most commercial browsers to keep sensitive data secure as it's transmitted over the Internet.
How do you know SSL is working? Look for a padlock icon in the lower right-hand corner of your browser window. Or check for "https" at the
beginning of the Web site's address. The "s" means "secured" and that the Web site uses encryption.
d. All transactions are handled by PayPal via a secure website utilizing Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). We do not have access to any credit
